On the busiest of days.. we often think to ourselves.. WHY DO WE DO WHAT WE DO?! and then we have clients and moments like when we met Vaneesha.. and it is all WORTH IT.

Vaneesha is one of the sweetest people i have EVER met. We chat via email each week.. and even though we live half way across the country.. it feels like we are chatting on my couch. Not only does she have the cutest lil family…..picture a gorgeous baby girl.. a professional soccer player husband and her as the most talented wife/designer/mother ever. Yep.. you are about to get Jealous. ha! on top of all this.. through her busy-ness and her full life.. she takes the time out to email long encouraging emails.. and i KNOW she is always praying for the both of us gals.. it means the WORLD TO ME.. knowing she is out there praying for us.. and our families!

We did a little interview.. so you can get to know the vaneesha we know.. if you have never worked with us before.. it just goes to show.. you might get more than you bargained for.. you might get invitations and best friends!

PP:

How did you find out about posh paperie?

VP:

I was on a relentless pursuit for the perfect invitations for our wedding. I was looking through The Knot magazine and saw the most beautiful wedding (Karrie & Brian Pyke’s) and fell in love with the gorgeous and unique silhouette themed invitations & paper goods. Once I saw Posh Paperie’s website and spoke with Elizabeth, I knew immediately I wanted to work with Posh Paperie!

PP:

What events have we been able to help create special paper goods for your family?

VP:

Every thing from our entire wedding suite, , Christmas cards, Baby Shower Invites, Art for our daughter’s room, and our daughter’s birth announcements. I am so excited to have Elizabeth & Karrie design our daugther’s upcoming 1st Birthday party invitation (and it is 6 months away, ha!).

PP:

How many years have we known each other now?!

VP:
3+ years!!

PP:

Tell us a little bit about your family… + yourself!

VP:

My husband, Logan and I live in Chicago (for the last 9 1/2 years!). We are blessed parents to our sweet 6 month old daughter, Isla Grace. We love watching our little girl grow and everything that entails - early mornings with her, trips to the zoo, picnics in the park, diapers and being up at wee hours of the morning!

PP:Why do you love working with ( and being Bff’s with Posh paperie) ? ha

VP:

These lovely ladies are ridiculously talented and creative!!! I am blown away each day by their latest and greatest creations - from hand drawn maps, ombre hand painted edges to thoughtfully selected swoon-worthy ribbon & paper - they “design outside the box”. Elizabeth & Karrie truly know how to bring a client’s vision to life and express it in a unique and innovative way. They put so much love and hard work into each piece they design for their clients.

Aside from their gorgeous paper goods, Elizabeth & Karrie care so deeply about their clients. I have been so incredibly blessed to have found two of my *dearest* friends. Who would have thought that a girl searching for the perfect wedding invitation would have found lifelong friendships?
